Overview
Fly over one of the most beautiful places on earth, the Sonoma Wine Country. Flights take place in early morning when winds are soft and gentle. Weather permitting flights are available year round at altitudes from 500 feet to 1,500 feet. Guests are welcome to participate with the inflation of the balloon and witness the "Kaleidoscope" of colors rise from a 9 cubic foot bag to the size of a 105,000 cubic foot balloon. The entire experience takes at least three to four hours with approximately 45 minutes to 1.5 hours of actual flight time. Guests are treated to a complimentary champagne brunch after the flight.
A Balloon Over Sonoma’s staff loves the area and will be happy to assist you with winery tours, points of interest and shopping. The Wine Country is rich in history.

Reservation Policy
Flying is weather related and subject to delays. Reservations are required and space is often available on the next day flight. Please call ahead and reserve your space, up to a year in advance. This is your opportunity to experience the awesome sport of ballooning.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or changes must be received 48 hours in advance to avoid $100.00 penalty. "No Shows" will be charged full fare. If your group wishes an exclusive balloon ride, a minimum of a five day's cancellation notice is required. A Balloon Over Sonoma (ABOS) reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel a scheduled flight at any time for reasons of flight or passenger safety.
